The Property

The property is located in mid-central Michigan, north of I-94, west of M-66, and east of I-69.  It consists of just over 323 acres, most of which is wooded, with many mature trees and no sign of logging activity. The topography is rolling with many scenic overlooks. An integrated trail system is in place, which provides access around water features, as well as to and from the main residence and other improvements located throughout the property. The owners have not allowed hunting during their years of ownership. There is a good mix of wetlands and uplands and offers high quality recreational use and complete privacy.   The main residence is located at 22072 Pine Lake Road, and sits back off the road nearly 3,000 feet.  There are three additional homes, on the periphery of the acreage.   Hover over the icons on the above map to see the locations of the improvements.
